Fearsome Past of Faith and Scientific Research Mindsets- How future! By J .Ashraf

PREAMBLE

Why faith oriented (Islam – a case) closed contours are characteristically back benchers in setting trends of global research and development? The young generation of the time (not old guards’ whose thought process renounces and lost in faith coated interpretations of specific events generation after generation – see Elaborations below) is naturally directed to admonish in-depth the intrinsic passive influences of the past, and is ready to turnaround whilst exploding the shabby deadlock. This may likely to breed the new form of faith and science on a perpetual track without conflicting with virtual precisions of global standards. Notably, the pointed change may go a long way to enrich and construe knowledge engineering classics; skills and tools. Thematically, the classics is not a preempting physical characteristic dimensions, rather virtuosity ‘truth and false’ as a foundation of research, an ongoing dissertation; ‘between any two predicates there is a predicates’, demands analytical exploration free from self motivated urges and obstructions. Nevertheless, these fundamental causes have suffocated the open end research capabilities of faith oriented mindsets’. Why these capabilities may not be revisited and substantiated at meta-levels for bidding their fertile mind in Science & Technology with the pace of time- like holy war crusade?

Secondly, for an ambitious student of knowledge engineering raised on analytics of faith (Muslim) arena, the well formed blueprints (wfb) in precise and discrete mode are not commonly available. So, how the incumbents should configure preferences of formal calculus of thoughts’ pruning (natural offering without faith filtering) or genesis inline with the wfb and often stand in arbitrary zone? Rephrasing, the inscribed subtleness of the issues of human thought engine in state-of-the art perspectives, and traversing them on pragmatics faith and science relationship, as they shouldn’t be nullifying mutually. Thus, how to resolve this virtual latch of faith and science truth! A bail out from the stagnancy of idles leading to progressive path of result oriented global advancements for promotion of meta-knowledge, while smarten up our axiomatic mirroring of native past successes and stand again competent in the modern science and technology challenges.

Thirdly, are we the lost guys, if so, where we got lost in classics or tactics adventurism and how priorities for human development extra prejudices of faith under umbrella of ‘Syllogism’ and ‘Analogies’ deviated from the flourishing corridor of science and technology? Indeed, the explicit faith deliverables are intangible fitting to the premises of purification of thoughts philosophy, while science stands on tangibles short lived or otherwise. The over dominance of faith pursuits culminated the inconsistency and indulged variant forms of self notions mostly based on weaker logical forms. The inward exclusiveness of faith ride often divulges against the truth deducted by logical forms or natural gifted truth. Since, the horizon of the debate directed integrated global rationales are inclusive of past, present and future of assertions, what research proceeds demand, manifestation of calculus of interaction of faith and science at least for dunk mindsets on the track of intellect thrive.

Critically, the time is running fast on a non loyal course for closed contours of exclusive faith oriented wisdom without a discrete wfb. It is going off on the side of the cruelly unbridgeable polarization of ‘Know’ and ‘Do Not Know’ of faith similarity and fuzzy affinity of the realm of Science and Technology respectively.

Note; The efforts in fostering renaissance in this respect by Pervez Hoodbhy (1) is a bootstrap attempt and may be debated at large to converge on prescribing discrete wfb as respected guideline.

ELABORATIONS

1. By word of mouth commandments of older generations of Muslims of British India a notion of wfb; ‘Mathematics (synonym of arithmetic) is a subject of learning for business castes of India society, hence not for Muslims’, the then Muslim educational system took note of it. Why it was so?
2. The faith promoters hardly ever cultivated the research and development constituting as constructor of holy war crusades dealing with virtuosity objects; intellect, brainpower, knowledge, randomness etc and the faith followers did not pursue being un-prescribed wfb.
3. The faith discourse hardly disregard the logical forms like; Boolean, fuzzy, default, temporal, spatial etc, the ignorance bitterly influenced their routine application tools, guidance mining in historical books because the evolution of human intellect is ever and ever stochastic, i.e. and not curbed by the faith bond elucidations.
4. Now days, the information highways provide tremendous opportunities of knowledge engineering concrete rhythms; continuum events and facts within the logical coherence of thought pruning. Within the faith domains, the serial intricacies of assertions often fall short of deductions as evident truth, and end on default fallacies in global presumptions. Thus, to defend that drawback, the faith veils iron curtain of prejudices and hatch engine of mental militancy resulting into physical fundamentalism against the course of analyzing biases; ‘ignorance is blessing’ contents their mind anxiety. More so, on mining the legacy of thought calculus, the review beats points their delusion which were manifested by faith practitioners as inscribed genetic flow to creativity delusions- a case 5) below.

‘The most influential figure was the philosopher Abu Hamid Al-Ghazali, who argues in The Coherence of The Philosophers against the very ideaof laws of nature, on the ground that any such laws would put God’s hand in chains. Mathematics and Arithmetic, in Al-Ghazali’s view are ‘exact sciences with no connection with metaphysical or religious principles.’

Such discourse of influential philosophers fostered impression on Muslim researchers to ignore these meta-skills, generation and after generation. As a result we are drowned in affinity of ‘do not know’ black hole of knowledge treasures. Is it not the point and time reversion of those genies?

The ‘know’ gets bigger and so ‘Do not know’ being infinity in totality. A thought bond order is clean slate on birth, the attributes he possessed (may be AL-Ghazali or Khayyam or others) are natural gift, there is nothing which he owns any tangible or intangible objects- its elucidation is left open.

SEAMLESS REFURBISHMENT OF LOST KNOWLEDGE & RESEARCH

After the Al-Ghazali’ era there was no worth significance of science (because that was not duly sponsored by faith peers. That axis of iniquity towards science is inscribed as supreme directive to certain faith oriented disciples. Consequently, the above marked items 1) to 7) taken as mandatory for researchers of faith mindset. What a tremendous obligation was disowned and now this generation should abridge the so created natural gaps. In simple words, endeavors of rapid growth knowledge incubators for seamless refurbishment of lost genies. The pre philosopher’s era was formless on the precisions of meta-laws, and the post philosopher era was dominated by the veto directives, more so paid cost of the prejudices, even distorted faith into cults of ‘believers’ and ‘non believers’ of science and technology.

To catch on the back log a crusade (holy war) at genie level is imminent for invalidating expedition of reversely culmination of native ignorance (‘do not know’) of science and technology. These accomplishments in rapid mode are possible by inscribing an antedate meta-faith engine regulating human intelligence. Since the process of evolution of acumen is acquired through tangible and intangible cross points of human intellect. The absorption strength of the state-of-the art human faculties of knowledge articulation is advanced too than their ancient cousins, while competently employing tools of interacting (in no time) with well formed knowledge warehouses artifacts in-routine.

AS A FINAL POINT

The wfb manifest enforcement may tie the knots of faith and research rational to fulfill the immense demand towards conscious awakening of heart and mind and insuring apprehensions of both. This eccentricity may inflict a leap forward to crusade the hesitation of faith and scientific mindsets by integrated efforts, both pertaining together. So, the birth of state-of-the art generation will break through the fear of conflict legacy while projecting on science and technology research deficits.

Author suggests a motto to inscribe in heart and mind, ‘Faith, and Scientific Research for All’ a clear-cut way forward while boosting the campaign and joining global research club of science and technology for ongoing expeditions of the valuable Laws of Nature to mankind.
